I create a website for each of my listings and get top placement on popular search engines such as Google, MSN, & Yahoo.  My listings are also featured as a "Showcase Home" on Realtor.com, the #1 real estate website in the world. Product presentation is extremely important when selling any product, especially a home, which is the largest investment, most people make in their lifetime. This important fact is the reason why I  have each of my listings professionally photographed to exploit every homes full potential. I also create a virtual tour for each of my listings as well. Professionally taken photographs and virtual tours allow 80% to 100% of Buyers who start their search on the Internet to efficiently shop and preview available homes much better than with the use of standard pictures. In addition, I place virtual tours for each listing on all of the major search engines (MSN, Yahoo, & Google) and on YouTube.com as well.

Using professionally taken photographs, I create custom full color flyers. Each flyer contains detailed property descriptions. I issue Sellers' their own user name & password, which allows Sellers' to log onto the website & stay informed about the sale of their home 24/7. This information can be used to improve your homes weaknesses in the eyes of a Buyer and determine if your home is priced at market value.
